Product Type
: Herbicides
Description
: Fenpro 67 is a selective herbicide containing Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl active ingredient 6.70% w/w, which is equal to 6.9% w/v. It is recommended for the control of barnyard grass in direct-seeded and transplanted rice crops.
Active Ingrident
: Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl
Application
: Fenpro 67 is a selective, post-emergent herbicide used primarily in rice (paddy) and soybean to control grassy weeds like Barnyard grass (Echinochloa spp.). It acts systemically, quickly absorbing through the leaves to disrupt weed growth while remaining safe for the main crop. Method of Application: Apply when weeds are in 2 to 5-leaf stage. Use a flatfan or floodjet nozzle for uniform spray. Maintain 2 to 3 inches of water for 5 to 7 days for better efficacy.
Compatible
: Fenpro 67 is highly compatible with most rice herbicides and insecticides. It is frequently tank-mixed with broadleaf and sedge-controlling herbicides to achieve total weed control. However, it is incompatible with alkaline substances and certain 2,4-D formulations, which can reduce its grassy weed-killing efficacy.
Mode Of Action
: Fenoxaprop-p-ethyl is absorbed by leaves and stems of the plants and is translocated systemically. It predominantly inhibits the synthesis of fatty acids in the meristem tissue of grassy weeds
Features
: Effective grass control-wide range of grasses controlled.
Excellent plantseleclivity – safe to crops at recommended dosages.
Flexibility in application time – 3-5 leaf stages, used as Early Post Emergent herbicide.
Excellent combining ability with Early Post Emergent Broadleaf/Sedge controlling rice herbicides.
